The ITER Organization is pleased to invite the Domestic Agencies to nominate companies, institutions 
or other entities that would be capable to supply the IO: 

the provision of electricity; and

the duties and responsibilities foreseen for the Balance Responsibility Entity. (La gestion de l'équilibre) for the ITER’s Site electrical load, in accordance with the rules established by RTE (The French Transmission System Operator (TSO) “Réseau de Transport delectricité”)

The contractor is responsible for the supply of products and their delivery to the IO (ITER Organization) Site, and for ensuring that the product meets the acceptance criteria defined in the Technical Specification.

The scope of this procurement is the cutting of 7 nozzles already installed on the Cryostat to be replaced by 7 feedthrough boxes to be fabricated and installed

The scope of work consists in supplying the hardware, services and maintenance as requested in the relevant task orders upon acceptance of the corresponding commercial proposal. The overall objectives of the Contract resulting from the present procurement procedure are as follows:
Obtaining an efficient way to acquire IT solutions that cover a wide range of products, such as:
New Hardware and Software subsequently as-a-service
Consultancy services (including installation and configuration of products and trainings);
Maintenance services for the new acquired products and take-over of the existing maintenances;
Supply of add-ons and upgrades to equipment already in use prior to the entry into force of the Framework Contract.
Cloud and onsite services
Simple contract administration and management (quotation, ordering, order tracking, delivery, reporting, etc.), for new acquisitions and related services;

The contractor is responsible for the supply of products and their delivery to the IO (ITER Organization) Site, and for ensuring that the product meets the acceptance criteria defined in the Technical Specification.

The present tender process aims to set up a Supply Contract for supply of LEVI coaxial and triaxial electrical feedthroughs and connectors. Within the ITER Organization, The Diagnostic program will be in charge of implementing this Contract. The Supplier is responsible for the supply of Coaxial and Triaxial electrical feedthroughs and connectors for LEVI (Loom Electrical Vacuum Interfaces) system, its delivery to the ITER Site and for ensuring that the product meets the technical requirements defined in this Technical Specification.

The contractor is responsible for the supply of products and their delivery to the IO (ITER Organization) Site, and for ensuring that the product meets the acceptance criteria defined in the Technical Specification.

The purpose of this framework contract is to provide the support to System Integration Section (SID/CID/SIS). It is related to the technical implementation of Systems Engineering within ITER project. The main tasks are functional analysis, requirement management (ex: System Requirement Document update, Project Change Request impact assessment on requirement documentation), interface management (ex: Interface Sheets update, Project Change Request impact assessment on interface documentation), Transverse Functions analysis, safety engineering and transverse technical issue resolution coordination. The details can be found in the Technical Specifications ref. ITER_D_ 8UT5MU v1.3 (attached to this PIN).

The scope of work includes multiple transient CFD calculations in 2D and 3D to investigate explosions inside the injector volumes, resolve the flow field around the barrel openings and further explore the propellant gas expansion into the breech volume. Furthermore, the experimental efforts of the support lab regarding the propellant suppressor shall be accompanied by CFD analysis to benchmark models against experiments.
