 IT Global Security Support 

Contract Description

The present tender process aims to set up a Supply Contract for supply of LEVI coaxial and triaxial electrical feedthroughs and connectors. Within the ITER Organization, The Diagnostic program will be in charge of implementing this Contract. The Supplier is responsible for the supply of Coaxial and Triaxial electrical feedthroughs and connectors for LEVI (Loom Electrical Vacuum Interfaces) system, its delivery to the ITER Site and for ensuring that the product meets the technical requirements defined in this Technical Specification.

The contractor is responsible for the supply of products and their delivery to the IO (ITER Organization) Site, and for ensuring that the product meets the acceptance criteria defined in the Technical Specification.

Systems Engineering Support 

Contract Description
The purpose of this framework contract is to provide the support to System Integration Section (SID/CID/SIS). It is related to the technical implementation of Systems Engineering within ITER project. The main tasks are functional analysis, requirement management (ex: System Requirement Document update, Project Change Request impact assessment on requirement documentation), interface management (ex: Interface Sheets update, Project Change Request impact assessment on interface documentation), Transverse Functions analysis, safety engineering and transverse technical issue resolution coordination. The details can be found in the Technical Specifications ref. ITER_D_ 8UT5MU v1.3 (attached to this PIN).

Procurement of PF5 platform 

Contract Description
The scope of work includes multiple transient CFD calculations in 2D and 3D to investigate explosions inside the injector volumes, resolve the flow field around the barrel openings and further explore the propellant gas expansion into the breech volume. Furthermore, the experimental efforts of the support lab regarding the propellant suppressor shall be accompanied by CFD analysis to benchmark models against experiments.

Contract Description
The present tender process aims to set up a Supply Contract for the Final design, qualification, and supply of the PPMI optic fibre feedthroughs. The contractor is responsible for the Supply of the IN-55.PPMI Optical Fibre Feedthroughs (OFF) comply with the project, quality, and nuclear safety requirements. The OFF is located in Upper and Equatorial Ports, forming a primary vacuum boundary. There are 3 OFF in Upper Ports: UP#2, #8, #14. There are 2 OFF in Equatorial Port: EP #8, #17. Each OFF is designed for the transmission of 21 optical fibres (3 bundles of 7 fibres each); from those, only 16 fibres are required, leaving 5 spare fibres.

Contract Description
The present tender process is aiming to set up a Supply Contract for the design and procurement of a portable Laser Welding Tool (LWT) according to the details included in the technical specification document here attached. The scope of work to be performed under this contract is organised in 3 phases divided in two parts: Firm Part and Optional Part. The Optional Part (Phase 2) will be released upon successful completion of the feasibility study (Phase 1). Phase 3 includes delivery to ITER Organization (IO) site and commissioning of the LWT with demonstration of the LWT operation. Phase 3 will be executed in case the Phase 2 is released.
